27 LSD Blots to expand your mind & uplevel critical thinking
Liberate, Simplify, and Dissolve your mental Operating System
Hi Friend,
I trust you had a grand transition into 2023!
To me, it feels more like an accounting entry rather than a significant milestone.
Pretty arbitrary to celebrate the New Year at the beginning of winter.
But hey, let's run with it.
Since this is a widely accepted ritual, I thought I'd make this newsletter different.
A bit more special.
So I sat down and reviewed 2022, as any good accountant would.
What I came up with is this curation of the most impactful thoughts and memes.
A highly refined and value-packed gallery dedicated to self-mastery.
Sharp axes to the frozen sea of mind that I handpicked just for you.
27 LSD Blots - to expand your mind & uplevel critical thinking.
Warning, only consume these if you are ready to let go of 2022 and any identity that kept you stuck in loops of less-than-optimal habits.
These are what helped me shift my identity and repattern my mind to live a more desirable life:
Going from a comfortable but soul-sucking 9-5 to building a creative business in less than a year
Taking charge of my calendar so I have more time to spend with my family every single day
Growing a community of conscious explorers who value liberty and truth
Connecting with visionary creators and entrepreneurs, and becoming a part of the founding team in a startup I’ve dreamt of since I can recall
How to use this LSD template
Use this document to let go of unconscious behavior and impulse habits and take charge of your mind.
For the most impact, I strongly recommend you first read through the entire thing and acquaint yourself with the subject matter.
Then, take out a pen and paper (or create your own notion template) and get clear on how these statements apply to your personal experience in life.
And most importantly, what to implement in your daily activity to reshape your experience of life to one of self-mastery and joy.
Of course, this means completely different things to different people
So in order to make it applicable to your life, you need to get absolutely clear about what it is that you desire from life.
Don’t over-complicate this part, it’s an evolving and changing thing, like a distorted image that gets clearer and high definition with focus.
You’re on a two-part hero’s journey at every stage in life.
The first part is the object of desire, your quest. Like, saving a princess from the Dragon. Or building a creative business and leaving your 9-5.
The second part is the subtle transformation that happens within. The quest changes you forever and is the actual hero’s journey that you embark upon.
Now that’s in the bag, let’s get into the framework of the process:
Mental repatterning is a crucial part of the process of changing how you think to make positive changes in your life.
The necessary ingredient, as we identified above, is desire. Without the desire to change something in your life, well, all this is mental masturbation, a waste of time.
Step 1: Identify Desire
The first step in implementing mental repatterning is to identify your desire. What do you truly want in life? What changes do you want to make? Writing your desires down can help you to clarify and stay focused.
Step 2: Identifying Obstacles
The next step is to identify any obstacles that may be in the way of achieving your desire. These can include external factors such as lack of resources or internal factors such as fear or anxiety. Writing down these obstacles can help you to develop strategies to overcome them.
Step 3: Developing Strategies
Once you have identified your desires and obstacles, the next step is to develop strategies to help you achieve your desires. This could include setting specific goals, making long-term, short-term and daily plans for how to reach those goals, and developing positive habits and behaviors. Once you go through the entire document of 27 LSD Tweets, you’ll find several strategies that you can reverse engineer and adjust to fit your unique tendencies and preferences.
Step 4: Implementing Strategies
The final step is to implement the strategies you have developed. This could include setting reminders for yourself, having a daily agenda and taking action on it, and crossing off minor milestones for positive dopamine triggers.
The KEY word here is IMPLEMENT. Taking action, doing. Everything you do for the first time or do something different is going to feel awkward and create resistance. Just keep at it.
If you run into any obstacles you need support with or if you find this template to be an absolute game-changer for you, shoot me a DM or send me an email.
I’d love to hear back from you

What’s the problem with all mindset advice?
It’s 1 dimensional.
Life is not.We benefits from surrender: allowing life to unfold without force.
We also benefit from assertion: bending the world to our will and actively shaping our life.
The key is recognizing when to do what
