Even though I initially thought to go on a digital fast today to dedicate my full attention to my loved ones, I felt the urge to hop on and express what's cooking.

You might have noticed that I've ramped up my content creation game on social media.

Feels like there's a lot moving through me and asking to be expressed.

I just allow myself to be the medium.

My identity feels expanded.

Like I've gone through some much-needed skin shedding.

This summer season has been so far the most intense period of creative expression and letting go of bulshit stories.

I gave birth to several online courses in 2022 the start of the year. Taken several courageous individuals on a journey through this process.

Yesterday, we officially and ceremoniously closed the 4 Days to Authentic Self and it was lit!

This has been the most impactful and simplified unpacking of the gravity of change that I've been on in the past 7 years.

You know, when you just fucking let go of everything to take a breather.

And you don't succumb to decades of conditioning telling you you need to justify your worth.

As if you're on fucking probation.

Now that's out of my system, let's get back to relaxation.

It's a much-needed part of the cycle.

As we move into the autumn equinox, nature shifts into harvesting the fruits of thy labor during the Summer season.

The seeds you have planted during the spring equinox.

Also, known as the new year according to the cosmic calendar.

As I pack my bags and prepare for the return to the Alchemical capital tomorrow, I can't help but wonder how much rest will be needed to truly digest and integrate all of the lessons of this cycle.
